Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Liminal Elysian. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Liminal Elysian ships worldwide where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Customs processing times may vary and can affect delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Liminal Elysian is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Liminal Elysian is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

In certain situations, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this occurs, separate tracking information will be provided.
